For the Dancer

 

The CYBC is an established youth ballet company based in Cambridgeshire offering a unique training experience for young people who love to dance.

 

Cast members use the experience to enhance their existing dance training and gain high quality performance skills by working towards performing abridged versions of full length ballets and modern ballet Gala's.

 

All work is inspired by young and up and coming choreographers. Works are designed and choreographed specifically for this unique company. Apply to audition to be part of the UK's most exciting and innovative youth ballet programmes today. Rehearsals are held in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

 

TERM 1 - Company audition, Cast Auditions and technical training

TERM 2 - Learning of repertoire for Ballet Production

TERM 3 - Rehearsals and Production

 

 

For the Spectator

 

Be inspired and admire the ability of what young dancers can achieve. A high quality performance experience that cannot be matched by any other youth company in its modern and innovative performance ideas.

 

Tickets will be advertised as soon as they are available via the SWEvents box office. 

 

For the Dance Teacher and Parent

 

Allowing young people to participate without the worry of the project effecting their current classes, grade work or school commitments. For the student it is an additional enhancement that is designed to work in harmony with current training that will inspire and enhance performance and the passion for dance. It is an opportunity to meet new and like minded dancers and represent your current dance school in a positive manner.

 

CYBC is a safe training environment working in line with CDET/ Ofsted policy and regulations. All teachers are experienced, have excellent reputations and credentials and focused on offering the best experience and care possible to each individual student. They all travel from out of the area to ensure they are not linked to any schools in the area.
